Cancellation Policy
To book your appointment, please read through the following policies and select the service you’d like to receive at the bottom of the page.
A 50% deposit is required for all appointments.
All deposits are non-refundable.
For follow-up appointments booked at the time of service, a deposit will not be required at checkout. Instead, the booking system will automatically charge the card on file 48 hours before the next scheduled appointment.
If there is no card on file, the client must manually pay the 50% deposit within that 48 hour window. If the deposit is not received, the appointment will be canceled.

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOW POLICY:
Please give at least 24 HOURS notice via text message if you cannot make it to your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if notice is given 24+ hours in advance.
NO CALL / NO SHOWS – You will be charged the remaining balance of the service.
LATE POLICY:
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will forfeit their appointment, which will be automatically canceled. To reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure the booking.
PAYMENT POLICY:
We only accept exact cash and EFTPOS in our salon. PayID payments will not be accepted.

Please make sure you arrive 5 minutes prior to your first appointment with us to fill out your consent forms/waivers, ask any questions & get an idea of what you’re wanting to have done.
If you’re under 16, you will need a parent present to sign your consent form (first appointment only).
Please note: Lash extensions are considered a luxury service and can take anywhere from 2-3 hours for a full set.
